
Strength, just like anything else takes time to acquire. Whether it’s physical, mental or emotional, it doesn’t just happen overnight. There’s no quick fix. No instant results. No magic pill. There’s just a lot of hard work, sweat and tears. Sometimes a lot of tears. I think we all want to be in a place where we feel strong. Especially mentally and emotionally. But it takes time. It takes effort. It takes understanding that you may have set backs. There may be some days you feel like you can take on the world and other days you feel like crumbling. Days you feel like you can barely get your head above water. It’s okay to have those days. Let yourself hurt sometimes…means your still human. I promise those days will pass and you will have far more good days than bad. Please allow yourself to feel all those emotions but…
